My name is Maryna Oksenyuk, mother of Flavio. I graduated in 2009 in oboe at Florence Conservatory and at the same time, I undertook the study of Opera singing. I permanently belong to the chorus of Music Chapel of Basilica Papale of St. Francis in Assisi. Essentially, I am a musician since I was born, as my parents are musicians too.

I do not know what pushed me to create from nothing what nowadays is my world, that is Fleur d’Amour ••handmade••, but probably my deep desire to look for something which could let express myself. I have always been searching an activity, a job that can give me an opportunity to create and the possibility to follow my passions.

And one of my great passion is photography: during all my life, I loved having photoshoots to keep always in my heart some special moments of my life.

So it happened to get in touch with a fantastic newborn photographer, Lilia Khamidullina from Lilia Kappa Photography, she not only became soon one of my best friend but also gave me the idea from where, like an unstoppable tornado, it started and grown my own artisan business: Fleur d’Amour ••handmade•• . I will never stop to thank her for her precious contribution in pushing me to change my life once for all.

It has not been easy at all; few times I also doubted if continuing or not in this effort but thanks to the feedback and support of famous photographers, the pictures with my accessories published and the excellent reviews rewarded me and pushed me to keep going on.

I was lucky to establish with many clients a long-lasting working relation and sincere friendship. They often ask me to assist them during their newborn’s photo shooting, they ask me for advices and, most of the time, I have full authority in choosing the best accessories for the situation and for the location, this making me proud.

I was lucky enough to have on my side people who believed in me since the very beginning; they encouraged me and they gave me the strength to follow this path, the path of Fleur d’Amour ••handmade••
